SLAB's goal is to help young and aspiring individuals pave their way into the professional world. SLAB's blogs are written from a unique perspective, understanding barriers to the current world of business and providing the foundations for success in our modern world. Aiming to establish a new charity arm 'The SLAB Foundation', we hope to provide 1:1 application advice and interview tutoring to disadvantaged individuals in the UK.

Christian Hughes
After graduating from The University of York in 2017, Christian is now training as a solicitor at a Magic Circle law firm. An advocate for social inclusion and promoting access to the legal profession, he enjoys writing blogs and helping aspiring lawyers.
Previously a chef, Christian enjoys cooking and baking in his free time. A keen hiker, he also enjoys mountaineering and climbing.
